Service provided as-is. We provide VPS hosting through Vultr infrastructure. No warranties or guarantees. Service may be interrupted or discontinued.
Payment is non-refundable. All cryptocurrency payments are final. Account balance cannot be withdrawn. Destroyed servers cannot be recovered.
Keep your access key secret. Anyone with your key can access your account. We cannot recover lost keys. There are no password resets.
We can terminate service. For violations, non-payment, or any reason. Suspended servers are destroyed after 24 hours of negative balance.
Delaware law governs. All disputes resolved in Delaware state courts. We comply with valid US legal orders only.

Billed every hour for active servers
Each server's plan includes an outbound data transfer allowance per UTC calendar month, prorated for servers created during the month. Outbound traffic beyond the allowance is billed at $0.03 per GB (1 GB = 1024³ bytes) as measured by us and deducted from your balance in whole GB as it accrues. Inbound traffic is not charged.
