Your servers run on Vultr infrastructure. Network-level data (traffic, DNS, DDoS protection) is subject to Vultr's privacy policy. We don't control or access this data.
We keep anonymous records for taxes. Transaction history and server usage are retained for 7 years as required by law. These records contain no personally identifiable information.
We're based in the United States. We respond only to valid US court orders. Even then, we can't provide what we don't have.
